Afternoon Delight

We were in need of a yummy healthy afternoon snack so we made a smoothie.

Delicious and Nutritious.


Ingredients:
  • Handful of frozen raspberries
  • 1/2  a can of Coconut Milk
  • 1 Banana
  • Handful of almonds 
  • Fill the rest with Full cream MILK

It's a great fill for an afternoon delight, easy, fun and yum.
