We were in need of a yummy healthy afternoon snack so we made a smoothie.Delicious and Nutritious.
Ingredients:
- Handful of frozen raspberries
- 1/2 a can of Coconut Milk
- 1 Banana
- Handful of almonds
- Fill the rest with Full cream MILK
yummo - the boys loved it - sporting their Pink moustaches!
It's a great fill for an afternoon delight, easy, fun and yum.
