Iridology is the practice of iris analysis. The iris is the coloured part of the eye, which provides a detailed picture of the integrity of the whole body.
Iridology is an assessment technique that helps identify areas and organs within the body by observing various fiber structures within the iris. The iris represents a genetic map of our body showing tissues, organs and structures. The iris helps us address peoples constitutional and inherited strengths and weaknesses, areas of congestion and waste accumulation, and gives an overall indication of metabolic function.
Iridology is not a means of clinical diagnosis but can be used as a guide to show strengths and weaknesses.
I use Bernard Jensen's iridology map as a guide in my practice.

ReplyDeleteThe difficulty with proving iridology as a science is that there are no studies being accomplished in North America, yet, there are several studies from other countries that show great reliability of iridology as valid diagnostic tool.
